Learn how to measure properties remotely using satellite imagery and Launchpad's desktop tools.

Start a remote measurement: Just click "Measure Remotely" and type in your property address. Select the property from results: Click "View Property"—now you're in. Property boundary lines, ownership info, and parcel data load up automatically. Access multiple image sources for clearer views and better measurement accuracy.

On-Site Measurement

Learn how to use Launchpad's mobile app and AR field scanning for accurate on-site measurements.

Use Launchpad's field scanner on your mobile device. Tap the AR button, choose your measuring layer (e.g., "beds" or "natural"), and use the red dot to trace the property feature as you walk around it. The platform will snap the points, close the perimeter, and create an accurate measurement—right there in AR.
