Export and Sharing Tutorial

Learn how to export your property maps, share them with teams and clients, and upload supporting documents for comprehensive project management.

Once you've documented everything, you've got tons of options for sharing and export.

Sharing Options

View-only links: Share your maps without requiring recipients to have accounts. Great for client presentations and team collaboration. PDF exports: Professional reports with maps, measurements, and photos. Image exports: High-resolution map images for presentations and proposals. Data exports: CSV files with detailed measurement data for further analysis. Copy Measurements: Quickly copy measurement data to your clipboard for pasting into other applications.

Document Upload

Drag and drop: Upload supporting documents directly onto your map. Multiple formats: PDFs, images, CAD files, spreadsheets, and more. Organization: Organize documents by category or project phase. Access control: Set permissions for different team members.

Document Overlay Feature

Have existing blueprints, site plans, or drone maps you want to integrate? Launchpad's document overlay feature lets you combine your maps with existing documentation.

Upload your document, click two reference points on your uploaded document, then click the same two points on the Launchpad map. Launchpad overlays the document perfectly with accurate scaling and positioning.

Copy Measurements Export

The Copy Measurements feature provides a quick way to export measurement data for use in other applications.

How to Use Copy Measurements

1. Open the property you want to export measurements from
2. Click the Export button in the toolbar
3. Select Copy Measurements from the export menu
4. The measurement data is automatically copied to your clipboard
5. Paste the data into any application (Excel, Google Sheets, email, etc.)

What Gets Copied

The Copy Measurements export includes:

• All measurement values from your property
• Layer names and categories
• Area calculations
• Linear measurements
• Point measurements
• Formatted for easy pasting into spreadsheets

Privacy and Access Control

Public vs. Private Content: Control what external viewers see when accessing shared links. Photo Privacy Settings: Individual control over photo visibility for public or private viewing. Share Without Measurements: Option to share property views without revealing measurement data (added in v1.9.0).
